It's been a LONG day. Getting S-L-E-E-P-Y during lunch.

I can't take it anymore. I'm out!

David was out of town so I gathered the courage to take the boys to Birmingham by myself for a party for a good friend. This is actually the first time I've taken the boys anywhere by myself. The boys did great on both legs of the trip and I was very grateful! We visited with Jenny, Shawn, Ann, and MeMe (she made a special trip from Jasper to visit and to keep the kids while I went to the party)! We had a wonderful brunch at the hotel (Ross Bridge), played on the playground, and played in the pool. Brannon loved the long twisty slide into the pool and Taylor loved the shallow entrance to the pool that had fountains for splashing. All in all, it was a great weekend for playing and visiting with friends and family!
